How to fix no-command error on Android

After following the steps for no command error my mobile started booting and showing erasing continuously but it's not switching on

Download the android SDK , latest Java and wugfresh root toolkit from the internet then turn off your Android completely , turn on the phone again by holding power and volume down at the same time to go into recovery then from there connect it to your PC and use the tools in wugfresh kit to erase all data and factory reset.
